It is Fall 2017 and Cottonwood’s new winter menu development is in full swing, featuring a medley of fall flavors with an emphasis on fresh and local ingredients.
From the classics, like the bavette steak updated with a delicious red wine sauce and French style mashed potatoes to the new clam appetizer inspired by our famous Frenchy Margarita, Cottonwood’s new menu will have something for everyone. This will be the start of new changes to Cottonwood’s menu that will play off the seasons, keeping in mind that we are a mountain town. Chefs Troy and Donovan are bringing quality for the price into the menu.
